Stretch therapist. Personal trainer. Specialist massage practitioner. Handstand enthusiast. Carnival dancer. London-based.
She speaks four languages, treats every body differently, and believes the strength you're looking for is already in you.
INYO means "In You." It's a play on words — In You, the strength and recovery that's already inside you. And In-Yo (陰陽), the balance of push and rest, effort and ease.
Carmen Rosa grew up in London, moving through dance, sport, and the kind of cultural energy that doesn't sit still. She became a personal trainer first, then a stretch therapist, then qualified in Swedish massage, pregnancy massage, oncology massage, and cupping — one discipline at a time, each one because a client needed something she couldn't yet provide.
That's the whole philosophy: the work follows the person, not the other way around. She doesn't run you through a protocol. She listens to your body, your history, how you show up that day — and builds the session around you.
"We treat people, not protocols. Every session is tailored to the client's nervous system, recovery needs, and how they show up that day."
— Carmen Rosa
No two sessions are the same. But the structure is always this.
What's going on? What hurts? What do you want to do that you can't? Rosa starts with your story, not your symptoms.
Movement screen, range checks, hands-on evaluation. She finds the root cause, not just where it hurts.
Hands-on work — stretch therapy, massage, cupping, or a blend. Breath-led, never aggressive. You're a participant, not a patient.
You leave with a plan. Post-care exercises, movement homework, and clarity on what to do next. The goal is independence, not dependency.
Every discipline Rosa offers is backed by formal training. Specialist massage isn't a side gig — it's a separate qualification for each type.
Athletes, desk workers, dancers, new mums, cancer survivors, wheelchair users, people who've given up on "fixing" their body.
Boxers, lifters, runners, dancers, footballers. Recovery, injury prevention, performance mobility. Train your body to last.
Tight hips, stiff neck, rounded shoulders, lower back pain from sitting. You don't need a gym — you need someone to undo the sitting.
Qualified pregnancy massage. Safe, gentle, tailored to each trimester. Postnatal recovery work for bodies that have done a lot.
Oncology massage for people in or beyond treatment. Adaptive stretching for wheelchair users. Hypermobile bodies needing stability.
Sciatica, old injuries, scar tissue, nerve damage. If you've been told to "just live with it" — try one session first.
